The Dublin Transportation Office is the custodian of one of the largest Transportation Models in Europe. The model simulates people’s travel patterns and behaviour within the Greater Dublin Area during the morning peak and afternoon off-peak periods. It provides a wealth of transportation statistics, trends and forecasts of how travel demand and travel patterns will change as the region continues to grow and develop over the next 10 to 20 years.
